Abstract

The article considers the problems of efficient use of energy resources and the problems of rational use of energy from energy consumers is justified, because the existing energy saving potential is quite large. The question of application of the technocenological approach for optimal management of energy consumption with the use of rank analysis, which includes procedures of interval estimation, parametric rationing, forecasting and standardization of consumption of resources is considered. As a mathematical apparatus, a rank analysis is used, which refers to the method of researching the technocenosis of energy consumption, which implies further optimization based on the criteria of the form of hyperbolic H-distributions. The paper presents an algorithm for conducting rank analysis for forecasting power consumption and technocenose optimization. The practical example of technocenose optimization is presented and the rank-parametric distribution of technocenosis is shown on the parameter of electric consumption.
