Abstract

This article analyzes the practice of construction of passive buildings and passive house standards abroad. Advantages and disadvantages of a passive house. Also, a review of the housing sector based on available official statistics on housing and energy consumption that meets in Ukraine, as well as using information gathered by the delegation of the European Commission and the International Energy Agency reports. Analysis of the need to introduce energy management in "passive" buildings. Nowadays in Ukraine built a large number of homes each year because today need to take a standard construction of passive houses. In Ukraine there are built according to the European standard, perfectly functioning and operational cost of which is less than 15 kW h/m2 year. Passive house significantly saves money their owners during its operation. A massive building their massive positive impact on energy independence of Ukraine purchases gas. In general, the construction of passive houses in our country will be much more expensive than, for example, in Germany, where they are by far the most common, and where their popularity continues to grow, and the price decline in construction times. On average in Ukraine, passive house costs 8-10% more than usual, and his additional cost returns are for 7-10 years.
